Prototech Laser is at the cutting edge of manufacturing technologies, and the core of our extensive list of capabilities is laser cutting.
Our 5-axis laser-cutting department can program to masters or CAD, and all fixtures are designed in-house. We regularly cut steel, aluminum, plastic, and stainless formed parts. Prototech Laser has even satisfied the special requirements of aerospace corporations by achieving certification for prototype laser cutting many key aircraft components.
Our 3-axis department laser cuts a wide variety of metals up to .75" in thickness. We specialize in steel, aluminum, and stainless; most common types and gauges of each are stocked in-house to help expedite rush orders. By staying on the forefront of technology, Prototech Laser offers beneficial solutions for low or high volume manufacturing processes with little or no tooling.
